ISAHAYA IPM interface and gate driver, control circuit for intelligent power modules
Main benefit of VLA606 -01R are 10 integrated opto couplers. 6 for a safe signal input, and 4 for the fault output of the IPM. VLA606 will simplify the gate driving of any motor control board realized with Mitsubishi (Powerex) or Fuji IPMs. Isolation voltage is 2500 V (RMS, 1 minute).
VLA606-01R offers also built in diodes against reverse input voltage. This IPM interface works with all Mitsubishi IPM series (like S, S-dash, L, L1 and V1).
