Your trust - our obligation

What data will be collected? 1. From you submitted data

We generally collect only data, that is connected to your ordered service, e.g. your E-Mail adress, when you order our newsletter; or personal data, like name, adress etc. to process your order.

2. Automatically transferred data

To adopt our website to our customers, we store automatically transferred data (e.g. browsertype, operating system, IP-address etc.) and user entered data (e.g. search inquire related data). This information, that don't allow it to track a specific person, serve a statistic purpose only and help us with the creation of our webservice or to detect possible failure roots.

Will data be transferred to third parties?

No, except we may be obliged by law to submit certain data to protect the rights of third parties.

Your address may be given to the shipping contractor and your finance related data to our bank.

How do we protect your data?

To secure your data we use several techniques, that are directed against any form of abuse. Our Online Shop uses on all sites where personal data is entered the encryption industrial standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in its most actual version with the highest safety standard. Should you receive a failure message if you acces our SSL Server and you therefore can't use it, it can either be the case that you use a outdated or incompatible webbrowser (very rare) or that an internal firewall restricts your access. In that case other shops offer a non encrypted server, but due to safety concerns we do not do this. In that case please contact us by telephone or email, so that we can accept your order in another way. Needless to say it is highly recommended that you only use recent and updated webbrowsers. Your personal data is not stored permanently on our server. It is only stored on our local computer.

Why Cookies?

Like most other webshops we use Cookies. Cookies are sent from our server to your Browser and then stored on your harddrive. They contain info in form of an ID number that our Server needs to offer data that is specific to your Browser. That way our sytem can keep the content of your shopping cart and we can offer it on a later visit to our shop. if you don't want this, then click in the shopping cart on the button "delete". All other data that is obtained from you will only be kept a short time and will be deleted once it expires. You can trigger that expiration when you close your webbrowser. It is an advantage for you to use and enable cookies, with them you can use the full functionality of our website and have the highest possible safety and control. However you decide, in the help - function of your browser you will find information how to enable, disable or delete cookies. Your data expires after your order is placed or it expires after a certain amount of time.

When you have any questions about data safty or the safety of your order please contact us per e-mail. Should something about data safety change, either due to our own guidelines or due to laws or regulations, we will change this part of the website and will inform you about changes.
