VLA513-01R drives and protects most of Mitsubishi NF-series and high frequency NFH-series IGBT. Usability of VLA513 depends on switching frequency:
normal / standard applications up to 20 kHz with NF-series:
300-600A @ 600V (typical part: CM600DY-12NF)
150-400A @ 1200V
-fast switching applications like UPS with 30kHz:
150-400A @ 600V and 1200 V
-with derating VLA513 is also usable for fastest switching up to 60kHz:
50-200A @ 600V and 1200 V
Isahaya VLA513 replaces Isahaya / Mitsubishi / Powerex M57958L (M57958L-01R).
