GAU220P-15402 is ISAHAYA's new universal IGBTs driver board for all dual type IGBTs. It comes fully populated, except for the gate resistor, which should be chosen from your side according to the receommendations of the IGBT manufacturer.
The driver core VLA591-01R covers a wide variety of transistor modules of all manufacturers. Targeted:
VCES: 600/650V series: 100~1000A
VCES: 1200V series: 150~1400A
VCES: 1700V series: 150~1800A
...for normal switching speed applications up to 20kHz.
