ISAHAYA standard IGBT gate driver board, contains hybrid IC VLA597-01R (DIP-GAM), for all Mitsubishi's NX6 and NX7 (and previous NX housing IGBTs). VLA598-01R was introduced in April 2019, considering the fact, that the new 7th generation of IGBT modules needs more gate power compared to the previous versions. VLA598-01R is the standard version with overcurrent protection, but without active clamping against overvoltage. With Viso = 4000V this part is suitable for 1700V class IGBTs. Isahaya VLA598-01R will be your perfect match to drive the more powerful Mitsubishi / Powerex NX7 dual module like CM450DX(P)-24T, CM600DX(P)-24T, CM800DX-24T1 and CM450DX(P)-34T, CM600DX(P)-34T.
