Mitsubishi QM15KD-HB darlington transistor module, 15A / high beta type
The part was sold in USA under Powerex brand, who renamed it to KMK245A1HB. We have the Powerex version here. The modules offered here are original new (old) stock parts. Never used, made in Japan with original packing.
