M57904L provides a reliable isolation between input and output with an opto-coupler. Viso = 2500 V.

Mitsubishi/Powerex QM series with
VCES = 600V series up to 150A class
VCES = 1200V series up to 75A class
M57904L was sold directly by Mitsubishi / Powerex. The production was stopped some years ago. All parts offered here are new and unused old stock.
