ISAHAYA evaluation board for IGBTs, complete control board for VLA500-01R
You want to see your IGBT together with Isahaya VLA500-01R in action? No problem, take this evaluation board, which comes fully populated, and let any standard IGBT with 600V or 1200 V run with it. VLA500-01R is recommended for IGBTs starting from 400 Ampere and up (up to Mitsubishi CM1400DU-24NF) The board comes with 2 gate drivers type Ishaya VLA500-01R integrating already the protected power supplies for the IGBT gate, so it is ready to use for single or dual IGBT modules of NF and NFH series (of Mitsubishi / Powerex. Other manufacturers not yet tested).

VCES = 600V series 400-800A class
VCES = 1200V series 400-1400A class
