Mitsubishi QM75DY-2H dual darlington transistor module, 75A / 1000V

Mitsubishi QM75DY-2H was sold in USA by Powerex. They called it Powerex KD221K75.

Mitsubishi was the last manufacturer, who built this type of module. However, the production of all darlington transistors has been stopped also by Mitsubishi / Powerex in the year 2000.

The modules offered here are orginal new (old) stock parts. Never used, and made in Japan. Not in China.
