Mitsubishi QM300HA-2H single darlington transistor module (300A / 1000V) can be replaced by Toshiba MG300M1UK1. Mitsubishi was the last manufacturer, who has built darlington transistor modules. However, production of all darlingtion transistors was stopped also by Mitsubishi / Powerex in the year 2000. All stocks are sold, but we have still some compatible Toshiba MG300M1UK1 modules here.
