Powersem 3-phase rectifier module 25A / 1600V equivalent to PSD25(T)-08, PSD25(T)-12 and PSD25(T)-14 Type name before year 2010: 'PSD25/16'. Update 2012: New orders will be served with the compatible follow-up type named PSD25T-16. Technical data is identical to PSD25-16, the new T version rectifier chips come from DGI instead of IXYS and have a better yield at higher blocking voltage.
