Powersem 3-phase rectifier module 38A / 1200V equivalent to PSD35-08 and PSD35-06, often used as a drop in replacement of the discontinued IXYS VUO35-12NO7. The difference between PSD35-12 and PSD35T-12 is the internally used diode die. "T" is the old type, of which the production ended in beginning of year 2024. PSD35 is fully compatible to VUO35.
