Powersem 3-phase rectifier module 35A / 1200V
PSD36 standard rectifier module family is Powersem's answer to the VUO36 of IXYS. PSD36-12 can be used as equivalent to PSD36-06 and PSD36-08.Name was changed in year 2010 from PSD36/12 to PSD36-12.
Update 2024: follow-up type is named PSD36-12. Technical data is identical to the predecessor PSD36T-12. The supplier of the diode chips was changed.
