get sorted: Powersem thyristor trigger modules

The years are passing by and our partner POWERSEM has revised the naming of his compact and reliable thyristor trigger modules. We here at semimart.net like it when things are clear and ordering of parts is easy, fast (and the prices are as cheap as possible). Facing some puzzled customers asking about the correct type names of the thyristor triggers, we would like to publish the following table:

former part name old part name new part name
AS 400-241
AT400-22 (2200V)
PSTT PC/20 and since year 2010: PSTT PC-20 (2000V)
AS 401-141
AT401-21 (2100V)
PSTT SC/20 and since year 2010: PSTT SC-20 (2000V)
AS 402-141
AT402-21 (2100V)
PSTT ZC/20 and since year 2010: PSTT ZC-20 (2000V)
AS 400-251
AT400-12 (1200V)
PSTT PC/12 and since year 2010: PSTT PC-12 (1200V)
AS 401-151
AT401-12 (1200V)
PSTT SC/12 and since year 2010: PSTT SC-12 (1200V)
AS 402-151
AT402-12 (1200V)
PSTT ZC/12 and since year 2010: PSTT ZC-12 (1200V)

POWERSEM revised the type names in order to achieve an easier and more systematic type naming scheme. PSTT series is electricall equivalent, small differences apply in the mechanical dimensions.
Find here some information and technical data about the POWERSEM trigger module family.
