The years are passing by and our partner POWERSEM has revised the naming of his compact and reliable thyristor trigger modules. We here at semimart.net like it when things are clear and ordering of parts is easy, fast (and the prices are as cheap as possible). Facing some puzzled customers asking about the correct type names of the thyristor triggers, we would like to publish the following table:

POWERSEM revised the type names in order to achieve an easier and more systematic type naming scheme. PSTT series is electricall equivalent, small differences apply in the mechanical dimensions.
