Powerex KE924503 sixpack darlington transistor module, 30A / 600V

Those parts were built by Mitsubishi, who called the part  QM30TB-H. In the US it was sold by Powerex. They called it Powerex KE924503.

Mitsubishi was the last manufacturer, who built this type of module. However, the production of all darlington transistors has been stopped also by Mitsubishi / Powerex in the year 2000.

The modules offered here are orginal new (old) stock parts in the Powerex version. Never used, and made in Japan. Not in China.
