POWERSEM GmbH has released two new Bridge Rectifier Modules with a profile height of 17mm:
The new three phase Bridge Rectifier Modules PSDS 62 (63A at 110°C, 800 to 1800V) and PSDS 82 (88A at 110°C, 800 to 1800V), both with screw connections. These new modules expand POWERSEM’s vast family of single and three-phase rectifier modules with screw, solder and fast-on connectors. The 17mm height modules are following the trend in power electronics, gradually replacing the old 30mm profile height standard. The new 17mm bridge rectifiers from POWERSEM allow new product designs to be slimmer while retaining the same power capacities. The mechanical, electrical and thermal parameters from the new PSDS62/xx and PSDS82/xx are the same as our well-known 30mm PSD62/xx and PSD82/xx. This makes the transition to the new slimmer rectifiers much easier for your application.
